Dan Skelton had Marley Firth fit and raring to go for the 1.15 pm at Chepstow on Wednesday 22nd for his long awaited debut. It’s been a very patient wait for both trainer and owners but we were all thrilled with such an impressive start under a great ride from Bridget Andrews. He was the class horse in the race and stamped his authority in the home turn to win by a very comfortable 8 lengths. Marley was fine after the race and will run again in the middle of December. There is no surprise that his remaining shares were snapped up after the race!
